Welcome to Due South. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms:

Contract of Sale: A booking is confirmed only when Due South issues a confirmation invoice after receiving the required deposit.
Traveler Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport (at least 6 months validity remaining), necessary visas, and required vaccinations.
Health & Fitness: Some of our trips involve physical activity (e.g., Sahara treks). It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit enough to participate.
Liability: Due South acts as an agent for transport providers and hotels. While we hand-pick our partners, we are not liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by third-party providers.
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all Due South travelers.
