Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Because we commit funds to local partners in advance, the following policy applies:

If You Cancel:

  • 60+ Days Before Departure: Loss of deposit only.
  • 30–59 Days Before Departure: 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable.
  • Less than 30 Days Before Departure: 100% of total trip cost is non-refundable.

If Due South Cancels: In the rare event that we must cancel a trip (e.g., due to safety concerns or “Force Majeure”), we will offer you:

  1. A full refund of all monies paid.
  2. An alternative trip of equal value.

Date Changes: If you wish to move your booking to a different date, we will do our best to accommodate you, though additional local supplier fees may apply.
